Miss Toni was great at familiarizing us with the hotel and surrounding area. Close to anything you may want. Grocery stores, fast food, dine in restaurants, gas stations, ect. Rooms are spacious and clean. Very happy we chose Uptown Suites. //// Update //// It's been 2 months living here now and it has been nothing less than amazing. Room cleaned every week, towels and sheets changed, the front desk staff are great! Very nice and helpful. Will go out of their way to help you. We will miss this place and the staff when we move out to get our new apartment. Great place to live / stay

Amazing stay at Uptown Suites Extended Stay Nashville TN – Smyrna The staff was extremely kind, attentive, and professional throughout my visit—especially Dekadra, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The room was super clean and well organized, which made my stay even more comfortable. Everything exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Smyrna, TN, and I will definitely be returning soon!

This hotel is a great choice for an extended stay. You can't beat the price for the size of the room and services provided. The kitchenette was nice and had plenty of storage space. My room was clean, but the bathroom had a bit of a funky smell on my first night that subsided by the second night. There was space to hang up and store clothes. The washers and dryers in the laundry room also did a great job and did not tear my clothes. The housekeeper I met was very friendly and gave me everything I needed. Everyone I met at the front desk was also very friendly and eager to help make it a great stay. There are plenty of restaurants and stores around to fulfill any needs, the hotel is situated in a great location. The only downside to this place is some of the guests. Most people were very friendly, others were rude and very inconsiderate. The person above me was up all night every single night slamming cabinets, stomping, and rolling across the floor in the included desk chair. I could hardly sleep. This is by no means the hotel's fault or the fault of the workers.

Visiting family for a quick weekend getaway. The lady at the front desk was great and very helpful, (I believe her name started with a D) she explained everything to great detail and I loved that she let us look at our room before checking us completely in. I loved the gym, mentioned all the food places and checked on us before she left for the day. 10 out of 10 will be back soon

Overall, my stay at Uptown Suites was pleasant. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, which made my stay relaxing. GSR Antoinette Augustus was professional and helpful whenever I needed assistance she was there. The location was convenient and quiet, making it a good option for extended stays. I would consider staying here again.”

From the moment of check in the staff has been exceptional! From the cleanliness, safety, and customer service provided they have gone beyond to ensure satisfaction. Nick, Toni, and Nae have been the epitome of exceptional customer service during my stay. Location is perfect for shopping, dining in or fast food with so many restaurants to select from and grocery stores (Publix, Kroger) within walking distance or within a mile radius. The accessibly being so close to I 24 provides quick access to get anywhere including Nashville in less that 20 minutes, I will also take a moment to note that the affordability for everything that is offered from amenities, cleanliness, location and practically everything one could wish for during their stay is incomparable to other facilities nearby.

Manager & Staff is absolutely phenomenal!! They let you see your room before you even pay to make sure you like how it looks and if it would be a good fit for you. There is also a lot of storage in the room.
